The Indian Bliss treatment

Indian Bliss is our Ayurvedic-inspired full-body massage. The treatment uses long, smooth strokes and herbal-infused oils, with pressure discussed according to your preference. It is an option for someone who enjoys the sensory experience of an oil-based appointment and a flowing style of touch.

Ayurveda has its own traditional language for describing individual constitution and balance. We present that as the background to the experience, without claiming that massage or oils can diagnose or cure disease.

Agree the details before you begin

Tell the therapist about allergies, fragrance sensitivity and areas you would like left out. Our treatment approach includes optional attention to the abdomen and chest; any such work needs to be discussed and agreed, with appropriate draping and the option to decline. You remain in control of your preferences throughout.

A choice of longer appointments

Choose 60, 90 or 120 minutes. More time allows a slower pace and additional attention where agreed. If you want a familiar Swedish-style treatment, compare relaxation massage; if focused firm pressure is your priority, read about deep tissue massage. Gift vouchers can be used towards the appointment you choose.
