If you email or telephone, the information you choose to provide is available to the team handling your enquiry. Share the details needed for your question, but do not send payment card information by email. Ask the team how to provide sensitive health information for a treatment consultation.
Bookings and voucher purchases
The booking and gift voucher pages embed Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service. When you use those tools, information such as your contact details, selected appointment, voucher order and the information you enter is submitted through the provider’s service. Payment details are handled through the payment facilities shown there.
Please read the provider’s privacy policy and the notices displayed in the booking or purchase process. These explain its handling of data and international services. Links that open an external provider take you to a website governed by its own notices.
Website requests, maps and analytics
To deliver a web page, hosting and network services receive technical request information such as an IP address, the requested URL and browser details. This site is served through Cloudflare and our hosting platform. Their technical services can process request and security information.
The site uses Ahrefs Analytics on pages where analytics is enabled. Its privacy policy describes the provider’s processing. The contact page also contains a Google map; loading it connects your browser to Google. See Google’s privacy information.
Embedded booking, map and payment services may use their own browser storage or cookies. Your browser controls can restrict storage, although doing so may affect those services. You do not need a visitor account to read our pages.

Share only what is needed for your enquiry; for sensitive appointment information, ask the team how best to provide it. The website does not embed a social feed.
