Jessica Sinclair Massage Therapist

After finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Jessica was inspired to study therapeutic massage as a hands-on way to assist people to bring balance into their lives.  She completed a 500-hour diverse training program, leading to national certification in 2005.

In 2005 she opened Renew You in her home town of Canton, Illinois, USA. Through working in the holistic health industry, Jessica was inspired to seek out solutions for her own health problems, learning about detoxification, weight loss and poi dancing to name a few. This blossomed into a variety of sustainable lifestyle experiments, the results of which transformed Jessica's worldview and business ethos.  During this time she added Reiki to her skill set.

After 5 years of success shared with her team of 6 therapists, she followed her heart to Henley on Thames, in England.  Next she found fulfillment by training for and then practicing Ayurvedic massage in Reading, UK while she learned more about the wellbeing culture of the UK.

Her entrepreneurial spirit had her back in the leadership role in January 2013 when she formed Massage For Everybody, as an on-site massage company founded with the intention to take wellness experiences out to events and into the workplace.

Most recently, she has been asked to manage The Treatment Rooms at The Red Lion Hotel where guests can receive expert treatments and local residents can enjoy the ongoing benefits of a personalised wellbeing plan.

Jessica enjoys spending her free time boating on the Thames and aspires to one-day master Adho Mukha Vṛkṣāsana (free handstand). She is insured by Holistic Insurance, UK.
